This Privacy Policy complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, as well as guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) applicable to digital lending platforms. This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • Visitors to our Website and Application.

  • Users who register, interact with or avail our Services (including lending and      non-lending services).

  • Vendors, partners, or other business associates interacting with us.

By accessing our Services, you consent to the terms of this Policy and any related documents incorporated by reference. If you are accessing our services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to agree to this policy on its behalf.

  • KYC documents including PAN, Aadhaar (where applicable), or other government-issued ID.

  • Biometric login preferences (Face ID or fingerprint) if used for app login (note: we do not store or access biometric data).

B. Device and Usage Data:

  • Device type, operating system, IP address, crash logs, and browsing behavior within the App or Website.

C. Public and Third-Party Sources:

We may supplement your profile using publicly available or lawfully obtained data (e.g., from credit bureaus, partners, or verification agencies) as permitted by applicable law.


3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for lawful and specified purposes including, but not limited to:

  • Verifying your identity and conducting KYC.

  • Facilitating loans through RBI-registered lending partners.

  • Providing non-lending value-added services such as digital gold/silver, fixed deposits, and account management.

  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and cooperating with legal obligations.

  • Analyzing usage trends and improving service performance.

  • Conducting marketing, promotions, or surveys (only with your consent).

  • Internal record keeping, auditing, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention.

  • Secure servers located in India.

However, no transmission over the internet is entirely secure. By using our services, you acknowledge that any breach outside our reasonable control is at your sole risk.

A. With Your Consent:

For services requiring third-party involvement such as credit bureaus, banks, or verification agencies.

Currently, all personal data is processed and stored on servers located in India. If cross-border data transfers are required in the future, they will comply with applicable Indian data protection regulations and necessary safeguards.
